I dont like to touch money except my own.........

And I couldn't believe it when some of the people I know tell me they still get pocket-money.

Being at least somewhat financially independant is really more self-satisfying.

Thus said, taking up driving lessons using my own $$ is really gonna burn one big hole in my pocket......

your era probably different from mine.. horror stories include noodles which shattered when you dropped them on the floor, mystery meat and stray dogs refusing the mystery meat when you try feed that stuff to them

ahh.. we never had SFI..

we had cooks who scared us medics coz they had monthly or quarterly FFIs (i forgot which)

they sometimes came in with horror stories which i should never mention.. mostly as a result of the 10th of each month, they'd all go out to the red light district..
